I hope all of you had a great Valentines Day!!

Many of you were asking me to do a celebrity product breakdown and I wanted to share with you a recent look I did on my favorite glam girl, Lilly Ghalichi.

So lets talk about SKIN!! One of the most important elements to a makeup look is polished and perfected skin. 2015 was all about the heavy highlight and contour. Skin is going to be a huge trend for 2016. Expect to see healthy glowing looking skin and a softer highlight and contour.

In these photos of Lilly I used Mac Cosmetics studio fix fluid foundation.  This foundation is High definition, medium coverage, and very buildable. To highlight I used Tarte  maracuja creaseless concealer. For more info on this long-wearing concealer check out my last blog plost. To set the concealer I used the Laura Mercier translucent powder for a flawless finfish that lasts all day. To set the rest of the skin I used Tarte smooth operator amazonian clay tinted pressed finishing powder. Tools to apply: Beauty Blender sponge+ #130 brush Mac Cosmetics. I softly contoured her face with Anastasia Beverly Hills cream contour kit in shade Medium using a Beauty Blender Sponge. To set the cream contour I used the original contour kit from Anastasia Beverly Hills in shade Medium. Tools to apply: Japonesque kumadori contour brush. Lately I have been loving Becca Cosmetics highlighters to strobe the skin. In this photo I used Rose Gold with a fan brush from Morphe.

You guys know I’m obsessed with eye makeup and lately tons of eyelashes!! ;) All the eye shadows I used are from the Vegas Nay stardust palette. I used a flat shading brush from Morphe Brushes to apply “the strip” to the lid.  I used “chandelier” to highlight the brow bone.  For the crease I used Millennial and Girls Night with a blending brush. I smoked out the bottom lash line using Millennial and Girls Night.

For eyeliner I used Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil in shade “legend”. This pencil literally stays in the waterline all day and is extremely black. For mascara I used Smsashbox X-rated to lengthen the lower lash line. Now lets get to the lashes!! Lilly lashes in style Luxe with tons of sky high individuals were used to create this wispy look. Use my code “Ash” to treat yourself on the best lashes money can buy! I wanted Lilly’s eyebrows to look extra bushy for this look so I made sure to brush the brow hair upward and outward first. I filled in all the sparse areas with Anastasia Beverly Hills brow wiz in shade medium set with the clear brow gel to hold the hairs in place.

Last but not least…Lips!! I wanted to tie this whole look together with a dark mauve pink lip to give it that 90’s feel. I started off by lining the lips with Mac Cosmetics lip liner in Whirl then filled in the entire lip with Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in Veronica.

One thing I pride myself in is a longwearing makeup application.  I mean there is nothing worse than a makeup job that comes off through out the day! If you try any of these products out please feel free to let me know your feedback! I hope you guys enjoyed my celebrity product breakdown!
